1. General Policy

Due to the computational costs associated with generating AI images, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully processed and the images have been generated.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If our service fails to generate your images due to a verifiable technical error on our part, and we are unable to re-process your order successfully.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic style, composition, or other creative aspects of the generated images. AI image generation is an inherently unpredictable process.
  • Errors in the prompt or instructions you provided.
  • Orders that have been successfully generated and delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your order date at support@trendaxis.studio. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
